So shops are near by as are arcades etc but the van its self needs updating. It hadn't been cleaned much as there was sand in bathrooms, dirt up the sides near dinner table cob webs etc etc but as we was staying one night we felt with it. Tho 1 bathroom the floor felt unsafe and the roof in living room looks as if bowing.
