We stayed here for 2 nights as my son was doing the Pennine Barrier Ultra Marathon, so it was quite handy for that, but it was a lovely surprise to arrive there and feel really comfortable and at home, it has everything you need (except a hairdryer). I would like to return for a longer stay sometime in the future and would highly reccommend to anyone .
Booked in for two nights but were only able to stay for one, very sadly. We were supporting our son in his first Ultra 50. Looked the cottage and will try to return but this time spend more time there.
Nicely furnished and cosy. Only downside were the single and double mattresses were really uncomfortable so we slept poorly over the 3 night stay so wouldnt want to stay longer. I also missed having a hairdryer so you need to take one for this accomodation.
