Walked passed it a few times did not see the entrance at all, no one was in reception I called the number they said they did not have my reservation even though I had confirmation and a message asking what time arriving ? The room was comfortable but the toilet button was broken, no one was on reception for two days, there's no handrail on the stairs and the place smelt of oil

The room was fine but the rest of the experience was problematic. I spent over 40 minutes driving around in a one way circle trying to figure out how to access the hotel. It was on a pedestrian lane - but there is no access without first finding parking. Which does not exist on the street. Finally I found a parking garage there. Thinking it was a temporary location until I could find where "parking included" was located. Apparently it is NOT included and I had to pay for overnight parking. Not a huge problem but misleading at best and there is nothing to prepare you for where to park your car to even check in - which is the lot. As for the location - the room was clean and quiet - but the door into the hotel and the lobby have clearly seen better days.

Odalarda bahsedilen hiçbir şey yok hizmet sıfır kapı kolları kırık duşta su almıyor denecek kadar az oda sıcaklığı ayarlanamıyor ve odalar buz gibi ısınıyor rez yaparken otopark için yer ayırmaları gerektiğini yazdım otele giriş geç oldu diye otopark ücreti aldılar 3 kg olan köpek için 20 Euro verdik katien alınmayacak bir yer duvarlar dökülüyor perdelikler düşmek üzere duş giderleri paslı bedava olsa gitmeyin derim bizim için rezalet bir deneyim oldu teşekkürler
