Great place - will use again

Used for a 1 night pre-flight stay - was better than expected. Parking was straightforward, as was check-in. Room very comfortable and more than adequate for a one night stay. Good selection of food for breakfast and early option too.

We stayed at the B&B Hotel near Heathrow Airport for the second time before our cruise, and once again it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very close to the airport—yet inside the room it was surprisingly quiet, and we could hardly hear any aircraft noise. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. We especially appreciated the option for early check-in. Although the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, for a small fee of £15 we were able to check in earlier, provided the room was available, which was very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, making it a nice start to the day. The only concern we had was with the bathtub. For seniors or those with mobility issues, it may be a little challenging to step in and out, and the surface can be slippery, so extra care is needed. Overall, this hotel is a reliable and comfortable choice near Heathrow, and we would recommend it, especially for travelers catching flights or cruises

This property is under rated. Convenient with clear instructions for Bus 703 to the hotel. We liked everything about it, the spacious French room, the bathroom, the beds, the breakfast. In short, we will make this our go to in future.

Pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. Great price, great room and location is perfect for bus to and from Heathrow Terminal 5. Stop is right in front for Local 703. Check in was easy and fast.

Put the heat on! I tried to set the temperature higher but it would only keep on blowing non-heated air! It actually got a little warmer when I just stopped the air altogether. I’m sure they deactivated the heat as of now to save some pennies.

Lovely, spacious hotel room. We stayed one night while waiting for our flight. The hotel is very close to the airport by bus (3 stops). The bus stop is right outside the hotel. There is a pub across the road serving Thai food, though not overly authentic. We would stay here again.
