Property was clean and beautiful right on the lake. Central location Close to bethel woods performing art center and near local parks and restaurants. The frequent visits from the local deer families made it special and the kids loved it. We really enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful lakefront house

My friends and I had a perfect time. It was comfortable for a group of adults, the property is gorgeous, and the host was very responsive to my messages before and during our stay. The photos do not do this house justice! We’d absolutely come back!

The house was beautiful and in a great location! All the amenities you could need. We also had a baby deer that hung out in the yard the whole time we were there. It was really wonderful. Would definitely go back!

Perfect lake house stay

If you are looking for an easy get away stay, look no further. This home is on a beautiful and very scenic lake. The house itself has a dock to hang on. And with a few minutes walk away you can access the community lake beach for a quick dip or to hang out on the sand. Walk a little further and you’ll find some mini falls and nature walks. Within 40-60 minutes there are also a few hikes to see the views of the Catskills or more falls. And within 30 minutes you’ll find great breweries. The house itself was very well kept also, with plenty of pots and pans/silverware/dish ware. And there is a choice of the indoor fireplace, fire pit on the deck, or fire pit next to the lake, making for a cozy experience. Highly recommended!

Meaghan’s Lakehouse- The place was totally as advertised!!! My family and I had a great weekend and loved being right on the Lake and fishing off the dock. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions and requests.

Relaxing Lakeside Getaway

Our group of 8 adults spent a relaxing weekend at Meg’s lakeside cabin. It had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday weekend and Meg was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Lovely likeside home

If you like sitting on a quiet dock and looking at the lake, or prefer sitting on a deck or looking at the water from the dining room table, this is a lovely choice. We had a great time doing nothing, visiting local breweries, and seeing the Bethel Arts Center.

The home is BEAUTIFUL. I gave three stars for the accuracy of the online description because the VRBO page does not do this home justice. I could provide a page full of grandiose hyperbole and platitudes about our family vacation, but I think that the most eloquent and sincere way to describe this experience is with simplicity. It was wonderful. Simply wonderful.
