The Mac says it all - spacious, private and light-filled 2-story home, perfectly located on the top of Macwood Road with views of Sandbar and a short drive to Celito Beach. Palm trees, lake and ocean views, WiFi, air conditioning, double garage, two lounge areas with televisions and pets allowed. The Mac has it all. Plenty of room for your boat with the nearest boat ramp next to Frothy Coffee at Smiths Lake.

Main bedroom upstairs with Queen bed with Sandbar/ocean views and a spacious ensuite. The second bedroom downstairs with queen bed, third bedroom downstairs with queen bed and fourth bedroom with 2 single beds. The main bathroom downstairs has a deep soak bathtub. Separate powder room as well.

With an impressive catchment area spanning 32 square kilometres and waterways of 11 square kilometres you can enjoy all the benefits of this unique, tucked-away calm waterway. However, should you feel a pull for the waves, the picturesque Cellito Beach can be accessed via a boardwalk at the northern end of Sandbar Beach.

Lovely house, great position for exploring Smiths Lakes / Seal Rocks areas & beautiful Celito beach is a must do.
