Absolutely loved this place. Will be back again. Clean and simple and decorated so nicely that you just know you are here to relax and merge the ocean roar right into your soul. This property has extraordinary views, convenient location and plenty of available parking spaces. Our kids loved watching the ocean from the balcony and enjoyed using the basketball court that was directly across the street! Wi-Fi access was a plus with teens.

Cute little condo

Everything was as advertised. Although there isn’t beach access at high tide, there is public access just two houses over so it wasn’t a big deal to get on the beach. Recommend walking down to see the sunrise. Happy to have a little ice maker. Bed slept well, and even though I was there during an extreme heat advisory, the unit stayed cool and comfortable.

Great Vacation Getaway.

The location was great for a family vacation. The beach was tranquil. Met some wonderful families. The view from the balcony was amazing and during high tide the water came in so close it was akin to paradise. The furnishings were a bit dated and the washer and dryer did not work. The owner informed us a few days before arrival but shared a repairman was scheduled to fix it during our stay which did not happen. This was a bummer as we packed lite. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Access to the community basketball court was a plus for our son and the beach acces was spectacular. Hope to be back to this beautiful beach soon!

First Time in area

This property is just as described. Very clean, nicely decorated and definitely waterfront. The beach was beautiful, high tide is very high. Owner was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the washer.

Perfect beach stay

The view from the property was outstanding, the sunsets and sunrises were wonderful to watch. The property had all of the amenities that we needed, the shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Alan was great at communicating with us throughout the entirety of our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Oceanfront Getaway!

Very nice, clean property. We really enjoyed our 3 nights. Having never been to Topsail Beach, we were pleasantly surprised how nice the town is. Great views. I even got sprayed by the waves as the tide was right up to the condo! Highly recommend!

Ocean front balcony

This property was right on the ocean. High tides made it impossible to walk out to the beach. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and tide, but we were limited to beach time. The kitchen had plenty of space and was well-equipped. The Murphy bed was easy to use and worked well for our teenager. The air conditioning units were noisy (mostly because they were working all the time due to the high heat). Property owner was good with communication.

Over the top amazing

This place delivered everything expected and then some. We went on a girls trip and have nothing but good to say from check in to check out. Alan was easily available, the place was clean, had AMAZING views, and incredible location, and the list could go on and on. We did get to see the dolphins playing just outside our balcony. Was so cool to hear the waves of the ocean the entire stay and to be able to step out onto the beach at low tide was the best. There is also a beach located minutes up the road and a short drive down the other way. Great stay!!

Fantastic Weekend Stay!

My husband and I came to the area to visit our son for Super Bowl weekend and stayed in N Topsail at By the Sea - Alan’s wonderful condo at Topsail Reef. We had an amaking experience from the time of booking till the day we left. Not only was the communication absolutely superb, the condo was pristine and comfortable, the online guide we received was incredibly helpful, and the check-in/out process was very clear and easy. With this condo being right on the ocean - the waves lulled us to sleep each night (in a king size bed to boot!) and the ease of getting to the beach made it the perfect getaway! We would absolutely recommend staying By the Sea and hope to be back again very soon!
