First Time in area

This property is just as described. Very clean, nicely decorated and definitely waterfront. The beach was beautiful, high tide is very high. Owner was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the washer.

Perfect beach stay

The view from the property was outstanding, the sunsets and sunrises were wonderful to watch. The property had all of the amenities that we needed, the shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Alan was great at communicating with us throughout the entirety of our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was peaceful and quiet. The condo was beautiful and perfect for the two of us. Our host was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable the entire stay. We loved it and definitely plan on returning for our next trip

Great Oceanfront Getaway!

Very nice, clean property. We really enjoyed our 3 nights. Having never been to Topsail Beach, we were pleasantly surprised how nice the town is. Great views. I even got sprayed by the waves as the tide was right up to the condo! Highly recommend!

Ocean front balcony

This property was right on the ocean. High tides made it impossible to walk out to the beach. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and tide, but we were limited to beach time. The kitchen had plenty of space and was well-equipped. The Murphy bed was easy to use and worked well for our teenager. The air conditioning units were noisy (mostly because they were working all the time due to the high heat). Property owner was good with communication.

Over the top amazing

This place delivered everything expected and then some. We went on a girls trip and have nothing but good to say from check in to check out. Alan was easily available, the place was clean, had AMAZING views, and incredible location, and the list could go on and on. We did get to see the dolphins playing just outside our balcony. Was so cool to hear the waves of the ocean the entire stay and to be able to step out onto the beach at low tide was the best. There is also a beach located minutes up the road and a short drive down the other way. Great stay!!

Fantastic Weekend Stay!

My husband and I came to the area to visit our son for Super Bowl weekend and stayed in N Topsail at By the Sea - Alan’s wonderful condo at Topsail Reef. We had an amaking experience from the time of booking till the day we left. Not only was the communication absolutely superb, the condo was pristine and comfortable, the online guide we received was incredibly helpful, and the check-in/out process was very clear and easy. With this condo being right on the ocean - the waves lulled us to sleep each night (in a king size bed to boot!) and the ease of getting to the beach made it the perfect getaway! We would absolutely recommend staying By the Sea and hope to be back again very soon!

Beautiful little condo overlooking the sea!

This condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked, comfortable and its balcony was right out over the sea where we could see the dolphins and birds playing every day! My wife and I had a lovely little getaway. It is within 15-20 minutes of lots of restaurants and shopping. It had a nice king sized bed (and a Murphy hideaway bed that we did not use). We’d definitely come back!

Best OCEANFRONT Ever

We will be back to this exact unit. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway! We even asked and got to stay an extra night for half off. Host was excellent. We did not even use the bed in the back room. You have everything you need and more AND we saw Dolphins every morning. !This is our forever NC beach spot

Absolutely Perrrrrfect !!!

Thank you Alan and Paige for our wonderful stay at By The Sea. The condo was so convenient. You are literally steps away from the beach and the parking lot. It was so easy to carry our luggage, groceries, etc to the condo. Last year we stayed in this same area, but was on the third floor. Shewww the steps were tuff for us. The condo was decorated so beautiful. There was even a little Coffee Bar area. The Rain Shower was sweeeeet too !!! No need to worry about remembering your access code to your condo, it's the last four numbers of the phone number your reservations were made with. "WOW" how nice is this. There are four "nice" beach chairs on the deck for your convenience to use. Speaking of the deck, it is absolutely awesome to be that close to the ocean. The Super Moon view was spectacular. We can't say enough about By The Sea. We loved our time at this beautiful condo.

Quiet Getaway

I love this part of the beach! The cozy space at By the Sea was perfect for the 2 of us! It might be a bit small with children but we loved it. The kitchen has nice appliances. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the ocean views from the deck, the living area, and even the kitchen table. Overall the space stayed cool in the July heat. However, the bathroom’s location made it steamy without leaving the door open during showers. Taking a small circulating fan would make a huge difference. Checkin was super easy! I would definitely recommend By the Sea!

Great location!

Beach right at your backdoor! Nice condo with easy access to the beach. Enjoyed the ocean breeze at night from the deck. Nice rain shower with plenty of hot water! Good communication with owner. Will be a return customer!

Sandy Escape!

We had a wonderful stay at By the Sea! There were concerns about the King Tide's effect on our visit, but were pleasantly surprised! We were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view at all hours and at high tide, the waves came to us! The shower was amazing, the bed comfortable, the kitchen super despite the size! The beach was not crowded, even at the busiest time of the year. We would like to warn whoever follows us: you can still get sunburnt on the balcony!! UV reflects from the sand/sea. (a hard learned lesson for us ha ha) So be sure to wear your sunblock if you're out there for an extended time.

Great little condo

Upon entering the condo it smelled fresh and clean. As we looked around everything was very tidy. All clean linens, bathroom, kitchen, etc. No sand on the floor. We really enjoyed our balcony. They had dishes, cutlery, pans, everything you needed and didn't have to pack. We were very satisfied with our stay.
