The host was highly communicative and responsive. The unit was comfortable and well appointed. My favorite part of my stay was enjoying the proximity to the water, which is very close to the balcony at high tide. It is true that there are frequent dolphin sightings. In fact, they were visible almost everyday, if not everyday, throughout the day, some being spotted quite close.

We absolutely love Topsail & enjoyed our stay in this condo. We even got to see some dolphins!! Alan was very responsive anytime I had a question & the check in/check out process was seamless! The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. When the tides are high, there is public beach access a couple houses up the road which is really nice.

Perfect Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sacred Sands II
so close to the beach and very comfortable! We really enjoyed fishing and walking the beach. It really had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Alan was so quick to respond if we had questions.

First time Topsailers

Topsail Island is awesome as is Alan. Alan was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants. We loved Ricks in Sneed's Ferry for food and environment. We did not like the Crabpot in Surf City (we found it on our own)... The North Shore Country club is great for golf and the clubhouse staff are awesome. The beach is awesome and being on top of it is amazing. The A/C in the condo didn't keep it as cool as us old folks like but it was plenty sufficient. We are very very hot natured so we like it below 72 degrees. We had groceries delivered from Food Lion and that was perfectly timed. We shopped at the surf shop with the big shark in front and is was a cool little place to buy souvenirs. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were great.

We highly recommend this unit. Extremely easy beach access and the balcony had a beautiful clear view of the ocean. Clean inside the unit and once we got the AC’s going, it was comfortable and cool. We had a little trouble with the door lock but I think that was user error. Thank you for a wonderful place to make some memories!

Beach Life at its Best!

I have never been to North Topsail and it did not disappoint! First and foremost, Alan (owner) is AMAZING!!! There was a slight issue during my stay in the building- but Alan came out fighting with the Association to make it right immediately! His attentiveness and advocacy was what ensured this trip wasn’t problematic and was beyond appreciated. The condo is perfect with everything you need to enjoy yourself on the beach or hang on the deck - which is where I spent most of my time. I do suggest bringing what you need as locations to buy necessities is not exactly right around the corner but the drive there is scenic and as long as you plan ahead you can be prepared for a relaxing and extremely enjoyable vacation! I highly recommend this property and for sure recommend working with Alan! His intent is to ensure your trip is everything you hoped for and this trip was a success! I could not have asked for a more relaxing four days and am already making plans to return!

Could've been better

This is a great little condo especially the location however it needs some TLC. The screen door to the balcony is not secure and falls off the track. The table on the balcony is rusty and of course wet. I got rust stains on my new shirt from that table. The new kitchen counter is very nice but the silverware and pots and pans all need replacing. The knives are dull and the pots and pans and silverware are all very used and worn. This unit in general felt rather uncared for. For the price being asked, a renter could do much better for an oceanfront.

Our stay at sacred sands

Overall this was a good experience for a beach front stay during the summer. Alan was very responsive, allowed a slightly late check out (11am instead of 10am), and these condos are right on the water. The views are great and it's a quiet area, which we love. We've stayed at various condos in the same building for 5+ years and like the location. Our only complaint is that the prices have gone up considerably since the updates they made after the hurricane in 2019, but the updates don't seem to match the cost increase. The paint and new countertops are nice, but they still have a musty odor (especially the kitchen cabinets. We had to pull dishes out and wash them before using them and then kept them on the counters because they had an odor otherwise) and there weren't any major upgrades. The condos are still cooled with wall units and the kitchens are VERY tiny. It's a lovely weekend spot, but a longer stay might be hard.

Great trip

Highly recommend this property. Direct oceanfront, less than a two minute walk from the balcony to the beach. Alan is great with communication and does everything he can to make your stay perfect. I highly recommend that anyone stay at this property!

Perfect!

The condo was perfect! This was my first time visiting Topsail and although my boyfriend has been many times, he hasn't stayed in North Topsail and he loved it. We both loved being right on the beach and hearing the waves crash almost under us at night. The bed was amazing to sleep in and the kitchen was fully stocked. Overall a great stay and we'll be back!

Super cute condo with a great view. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in with a rental. Stocked kitchen, towels, linens - everything to make you feel at home. Even though we had a rainy day - we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a blanket and books and just relaxing. There is a lack of beach during high tide - but beach was easily accessible off other units in the complex or the public access two to three doors down. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Honeymoon

My husband and I stay here for our honeymoon and we had the best vacation we have ever had. The place had everything we needed. The view of the ocean off the balcony was beautiful, the bed was super comfy, everything was clean, and we felt like it was our home. We enjoyed the games they had there to play and coffee on the balcony and our days in the sun. You are literally steps away from the beach. We will definitely be coming back. Topsail beach holds a special place in our hearts because it’s where we got engaged, so this was a perfect spot for our honeymoon. Would highly recommend!!!
