Best location and rental ever

Location and access to the beach and pool without the need of a wagon . Adults and kids had plenty of space between all rooms and balconies. Pier access., so close one of our guests went out and purchased fishing gear ( and caught something)Everything we needed was there. Heather, the property manager was totally awesome. Will definitely book again!

Our best family vacation to date!

We travel to different beaches every year. Everyone in the group said this was the best one yet! The home was perfect for our three families. The home was clean and the linen service was a good perk. We loved the views and the convenience of the beach and pool. Heather was always available to answer any questions but we really didn’t have many because she her proactive communication was on point! Everyone in the Villas was friendly. We will definitely visit again.

We were extremely pleased with our trip. I have never stayed at a property that was so well equipped from the linens to the kitchen. The kitchen was so organized that it was easy to work in it and put things back in place easily. Everything for this property was A. The location was also great. Short walk to the pool and beach. My family commented about the beach being perfect. It was easy to get around for events, dining, etc.I would DEFINITELY book this property again. Heather was very attentive the few times I spoke with her.

Villa-rific!

Delightful stay at Rys and Shine! Neighborhood was easy to get to and from, quiet, and had everything we needed. Excellent bedroom/bathroom set up on every floor. Decks were clean, just the right amount of tables and chairs, and well maintained. We were pleased with the kitchen supplies and could have family over from a neighboring unit with plenty of plates and cups for the whole crew, no matter the meal. We had a great time and were sad to leave such a beautiful place!

5* Beach Vacation

Stayed at this beautiful condo recently with family (10 people ages 1 to 60+). Can’t say enough good things about it. Plenty of space for all to relax comfortably, awesome views, great location with easy access to beach and pool, extremely clean and host was a great communicator. Our entire family would highly recommend. Hope to be back again in the future.

Great vacation rental

We had a wonderful time at Rys and Shine, the house was beautiful, clean and the furniture was comfortable and more importantly the beds and bedding were great. Communication with the owner upon check-in and during our stay was easy with quick responses. Kitchen was well stocked, might add a few non plastic serving options but otherwise perfect for a family that likes to cook at the house. Thanks for wonderful vacation house and can't wait to come back

Family vacation

Perfect house and location for a family get together! Pool was enjoyed by all. Plenty of space. House’s kitchen had lots of extras that made it easy to prepare meals and share family time. Host was very responsive to questions and provided quick answers. Great family vacation!

Fun Family Vacay

Our entire family enjoyed our stay. The ease of using the pool and the easy access to the each was a life saver with little kids. The elevator was a big plus since I was pre knee replacement surgery. Overall, a good vacation at a great house !!!!

Relaxing stay

Rys and Shine was in a great location, with only a short walk to the ocean! It was our first time visiting Topsail and we found it to be low key and very relaxing. We stayed late on the beach several evenings and because the house had most everything we needed to cook our meals in, it was nice to take advantage of the extra beach time and not have to rush in and get ready to go out every night. The house was set up well, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were decorated nicely but not overdone. The owner was very helpful and the checkin process was great! We didn’t take advantage of the pool much because we love the ocean, but if you are a pool person it was a nice area and it didn’t seem to be overly crowded when I passed by on the way to the beach Nice little community!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a great time staying at Rhys and Shine! We have been to many places in Topsail, and this was our favorite! The house was clean, host was super responsive to questions, location is great (short walk to the beach and pool), and the elevator was super helpful for getting luggage upstairs and for our older family members. I highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed the Villas at North Topsail

The rental process went without a hitch. My wife two daughters, their husbands and our 3 grandchildren all loved the place. Although it wasn’t ocean from it was close the beach and the pool that the kids loved. We’ve stayed in Surf City previously and missed the closeness of a few of the available amenities and businesses but we made do. All in all it was a great week. My only issue is that “I” had to pay for it. I thought the price wa a little much for the property not being ocean front but I’ve been told I’ll be paying for it again next year!!😭😍

Doesn't get any better!

Wonderful home literally steps away from the beach, pool, and a nice restaurant. Beautiful views from both front and the back of the house. Had everything we needed for our group of nine. Nicely decorated and very clean.

North Top Sail is a perfect vacation spot for families. Our Condo was near the beach and we had access to a well maintained pool. The owner kept us well informed, from the time we booked to the day we arrived. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 2 children and we all agreed everything was 5 stars.

This large duplex was GREAT!!! From the dedicated parking, to the spacious and well decorated inside, the multiple covered balconies with plenty of seating every where,, the pool and beach just steps away! Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Friends & Family Vacation - July 10-17, 2021

As a party of 15, we had a GREAT time! The property was perfect - the bedroom arrangements worked out great. Enough restrooms for each family with the powder room on the 3rd floor, was a bonus. Having a garage helped a lot with all of the beach stuff ~ chairs, sand toys, tent and cart...we were able to rinse everything off and letting them dry in the garage. We also set-up cornhole in the garage...giving us additional space. The hot tub was used by the four kids (two10 year old and two14 year old) ~ they loved it! The 3rd floor balcony (facing the ocean) was everyone's favorite spot in the morning. We always had a good breeze. The villas was decorated so CUTE and had everything you needed in the kitchen. We struggled a little with the keyless door but by mid-week everyone knew the phone number by heart. Heather the owner, was super easy to work with. Give us great detailed information about the Villas and additional suggestion on places to eat. Highly recommend this Villas!!

Wonderful family beach vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Ry’s and shine for the week. The house was clean, well taken care of, beautifully decorated, and best of all it was steps from the beach. We loved the convenience of coming and going to the beach throughout the day and enjoyed the ease of the pool for a quick cool off as well. The beach was beautiful, water was warm, and sand was soft. Heather was available whenever needed and was quick to help with any issues. Overall highly recommend!

This is a terrific house that we enjoyed both inside and out. The house has a great layout with fantastic views of both the ocean and the sound. It had 6 decks so you could have your private time. the eating and living space on the top floor was well done. All the bedrooms were nicely furnished and the house was very quiet. The pool and the beach were just steps away. This is the best beach house we have ever rented.
