Beautiful home in a decent location, but overall, it probably wasn’t quite ready to be rented yet.The construction and finishes are clearly million dollar quality, but some basic details were overlooked. For example, the TV cords were exposed, and there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms. The kitchen also wasn’t adequately stocked with enough cooking utensils and essentials to comfortably prepare meals for 11 guests.There were smashed bugs on the walls that appeared to have been overlooked by the cleaning crew, and we also had to call maintenance to address an issue with the elevator and front door.That said, the leasing agents were amazing and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The proximity to the beach was also amazing and definitely one of the highlights.Overall, it’s a beautiful home with tremendous potential, but it needs a little more attention to the practical details and renter experience before it’s truly ready for guests. We returned after a 10 year break ( we came to the island manny times raising the kids and the secret is def out) and were surprised at the growth. Beautiful area that will always be dear to us.
