The unit was a nice location--right on the beach, (although at high tide the beach at the building was non-existent)! The way the waves washed over the steps and sandbags at high tide was a constant reminder of climate change, but we could still get to the beach of either side of the complex and low tide made for a nice wide beach.
It's a cozy little spot, but big enough for the 3 of us, and with a nice balcony to sit and drink coffee over the ocean. We weren't thrilled to arrive in the evening and find that there were no consumables provided, so we needed to supply our own toilet paper(!), garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels, etc. There is a little shop across the street, so if you need to, you can stock up, as long as you don't arrive after they close. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, given how tiny it was. I might have appreciated a dishwasher, but it wasn't promised, and there was nowhere to put one. We really enjoyed the beignet food truck that was across the street most mornings! Overall a nice relaxing stay, with super easy beach access!
