Property was easy to check in and find. Bedrooms were small and dated, but had everything we needed along with a large heated entryway to store wet skis, boots and coats. Living room and kitchen were spacious with nice areas to hang out and beautiful views. The stairs to slopes were short but difficult with your skis and boys, but manageable. Overall the place was great and management addressed our needs in a timely manner.
Good location , good ski weekend. Condo needs some work, no hooks for skis or boards in hall, no hangers or hooks in closets for coats. Family of 6 skiing has a lot of gear with no place to put it. Only one baseboard heater working, but did keep condo very warm, but hard to dry all ski clothing and boots. Needed multiple light bulb replacements but none in condo. Master tube dirty on arrival. Storm door would not latch on arrival so my husband had to wedge it open so it wouldnât slam against the wall all night. We were there to ski so not a huge deal, just surprising for how much we paid a night. Weâve been staying in summit for 10 years and never paid this for a sub par condo.
Back door doesnât stay shut. Itâs needs fixing at the latch. Front door screen does not latch and bangs at night. Once those are fixed Iâd give all five stars.
A bit dated, needed some maintenance such as a rocking stove, storm door with no closer, and hot water that was way too hot. Very clean. The pots and pans are brand new and very nice.
The hike up the steps can be daunting to get to skiing and restaurants, until we found out on the web about the on demand shuttle.
The property was nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The water pressure on the showers was out of control and extremely hard, we had to take baths. The bed in the master was hard but the others seemed ok.
