My stay at hotel Premier was easy, convenient and simple. As long as you book the shuttle with the hotel they would transport you to and from the airport. The staff was also particularly helpful.

Advertised laptop freindly workstation in the room. But NO powerpoints. Other guests confirmed the same in their room. I reported this within 5 minutes of checking in. No offer to resolve from the hotel. The whole attitude of the staff from front desk, bus driver and manager is that they dont care about guests. Ive since read many similar reviews. This place is totally unsuitable for the business traveller. Avoid at all cost.

Fantastic hotel. We were able to get shuttle service to and from the airport. Had an amazing dinner at the restaurant and got a to go breakfast at 0430 in the AM.

Close to airport and always a great stay

One of the closest hotels to the airport and always stay here when transiting through Sofia. Hotel shuttle is reliable and on time and free! Rooms are of a good standard and staff friendly. Evening meals are good and reasonably priced. Have tried other local airport hotels but always end up back here

This was third time I stayed in this hotel. It was odd they gave me a room does not lock from inside. They changed me to one full size bed. No person came to verify or help! Overall I am happy with the stay!

It was a convenient for the airport and early flight. The hotel has a shuttle service that was running every 30 min. The only negative was the TV, it was too complicated and we didn’t have the patience to find out how it works.

The hotel was a disappointment. All I wanted was a good night's sleep. One of the conference rooms was booked for some kind of party and the bass was so loud you could hear it on the 5th floor. It was 1:00 in the morning before it finally stopped.
