Amazing Kenai River Front Home With Beautiful Views

Professionally furnished home located on the Kenai River. The house has undergone annual updates during the off season. The property features a walkway to a private fishing dock with fish cleaning station. The fishing platform is generally available mid May through mid October weather permitting. Beautiful views of the river from the wraparound deck. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located in the main home. One bedroom and bathroom are in the detached shop/garage on the property and are only available May-October. All bathrooms have recently been constructed or completely renovated. Main level features a large gourmet kitchen, living area with fireplace, dining area, 3 bedrooms (one King master and two bedrooms with Queens) and 2 bathrooms, laundry room, sunroom, and large deck with beautiful views of the Kenai River. The recently renovated walkout basement includes a bar kitchen, card room, pool table, bunk room with 4 full beds and an attached full bathroom. There are security cameras located on the exterior of the house. The pictures are updated frequently so they accurately reflect the property.
