Staying at Namibgrens Guestfarm was an unforgettable experience â we had a real wow moment the minute we arrived. The units have serious X-factor with their stylish and thoughtful design. The views are absolutely magical, and waking up to a glowing red sunrise was something weâll never forget.
The beds were very comfortable, and enjoying a bath while taking in the beautiful landscape was pure luxury. The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, and we were served delicious homemade meals throughout our stay.
To top it all off, they even helped us repair a punctured tire, ensuring we could continue our journey safely. This place truly goes above and beyond â highly recommended!
Dankeschln
Friendly, familiar hotel with camping grounds in the mountains. We got a built up tent with a "moonshine shower" close and this was great. We would stay there again.
The guest farm property is very beautiful and the temperatures were cooler than Windhoek. We enjoyed walking to one of the rock pools for a swim in a wonderful natural setting, and walking to the lake on the property for birdwatching. The âcomfortâ room we booked was indeed comfortable with more attractive decor than shown in the listing! We enjoyed a good dinner and full breakfast, each served in a different dining area with complete privacy. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. We booked Namibgrens as a convenient stop between Windhoek and Namib-Naukluft Park, but it turned out to be a wonderful destination in itself. We would gladly return for a longer stay.
Fabulous place to stay for clear plateau night skies and a grear choice of accommodation from camping to luxury villas, On-site cooling swimming pools, 4x4 and hiking trails, cold beers and great gin, food available all made on the working farm.
