Solid location if wanted to chase powder. located in village, convenient store underneath (horrible prices). pizza shop closes 8pm (located across from pizza shop). 1st floor, walk out patio, fire place (inside). hotub down the hall and 2nd hottub, sauna, gym located next building off. everything is walking distance. solid underneath parking garage (pick any spot available) . overall 9/10
Most people give 5 stars if they are happy with a place, but this was 6 star service. Arjun was our personal concierge for all things Solitude village!! The property was exactly as described -cozy and comfortable, and location couldn't be better. Hot tub was phenomenal and plenty of room in 2 ski lockers that were steps from condo w outside door. We loved it, and would book again in a heartbeat if we head back to Solitude!!
We had a great time on the property and waiting to go back there again. The condo was in perfect condition. Arjun was very forthcoming and responded to all our questions and gave us good tips and directions. Very well priced too ..!!
Great place for a cozy staycation and in the middle of nature and the beautiful fall season.
Will be back soon. Thanks to the hosts for letting out their space for others to enjoy.
Arjun was an incredible host and the property was perfect! Walking distance to the Solitude slopes and a 5 min drive to Brighton. Loved the hot tub and free laundry. We were most impressed with how well-stocked the condo was (including laundry tablets when we were in need!). Thanks for the great stay!
Best location possible. Host is on top of everything.
The location is simply fabulous. You can walk right up to a lift or take a convenient shuttle to another lift area. You don't need a car at this location if you just want to ski for a few days and don't need all the night time options.
Our host Arjun took care of EVERYTHING. The check-in process was effortless. Our kids were outside having a snowball fight literally 5 minutes after we arrived at the property.
The cost per night is much more reasonable compared to what you would find at Park City. The lift ticket price is also reasonable especially for kids. Lines at the lifts are short. Solitude is really a hidden gem.
We will be coming back again next year!
Tip: We took a Lyft ride from the SLC Airport to a Walmart near KTR center (there is also a Dick's Sporting Goods nearby if you need to get some gears) to get groceries before going up to the mountains. The Lyft/Uber rate fluctuates quite a big depending on availability. Sometimes if you re-check the rate 5 minutes later you can get a ride for $20 cheaper.
