This fantastic house surrounded by Orange and lemon trees is located just 10 minutes walk from "the Plaza", Soller´s beating heart square with the impressive Church, the vintage tram that runs from the Town to the Port and lined with bars, restaurants, shops and a fine selection of groceries stores.
The house has been recently renovad with lots of attention to details and design to a perfect 4 bedroom (2 double with en-suite bathrooms and 2 single with Queen size bed) and 3 bathroom home with 5.000sq.m parcel with fruit trees and garden, well equipped large kitchen, several terraces, fabulous outdoor lounge and dinning areas, and a lovely pool area with outdoor kitchen, toilette and shower.
