The air-conditioned "holiday house 1" is located above the town of Port de Sóller and enjoys a wonderful 180 degree panoramic view of the mountains and the bay with a sandy beach (partial view).

The recently high quality, newly renovated, exclusive holiday home with approx. 150 sqm and with 2 large terraces and garden on 2 levels with a total of approx. 180 m² and the wonderful panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains and the bay offers enough space for
4 - 6 people to enjoy rest, relax and just let your mind wander.

On the ground floor there is the spacious living area with the open high-quality kitchen, a utility room with washing machine and a guest toilet as well as the partially covered terrace and the garden. The high-quality living area in the living area can be pulled out if necessary for additional 1-2 sleeping options.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, each with an associated bathroom. Both are equipped with air conditioning hot / cold, the shower rooms with all-glass doors are equipped with underfloor heating and towel heating and a toilet.

The beach, promenade, shops and the harbor with its restaurants are a 15-minute walk away.

The historic town of Sóller is only about ten minutes away by car, and can also be reached by the antique wooden tram that winds along the coast through orchards and olive groves. The apartment is located in the Tramuntana Valley in the north-west of the island, which is also called "Orange Valley" due to its lush citrus plantations. The area is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and water sports fans. Culture lovers and amateur biologists will also get their money's worth thanks to several art museums and the Sóller Botanical Gardens. The region's architectural heritage is also rich, which is evident in splendid Romanesque buildings such as the Sant Bartomeu church in Sóller from 1236.

Water sports enthusiasts, sailors and motor boat enthusiasts in particular will find themselves in Port de Soller

1. Due to the hillside location, "Ferienhaus 1" and the pool are each on the 1st Floor / 1st Level in two separate house areas, which can be reached by external staircases. We would like to draw your attention to this fact for guests with walking difficulties.

Second The private parking lot in front of the house is not cordoned off, so that false parking can also be parked there. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on this. However, there are enough parking spaces within a radius of 50 meters.
