It was not advertised that the pool is totally shut down and unable to be used. This was our main reason for picking this hotel and choosing to stay in a hotel so this was a huge disappointment. There was also an extremely loud, deep, consistent humming sound that we could hear in the room that made it difficult to sleep. The front desk attendant was cordial but did not seem like he knew what he was doing. He would not accept my husbands military ID as a form of ID which was quite the insult to his service. The breakfast was not up to par with other Hilton garden inns we have stayed at and many parts were soggy and/chewy.
Overall the weekend was a bust and we could not justified spending $320 on another night there so we cancelled our second night and went home. Just a bummer. We were so disappointed. The room was nice and it was so great that they’ve dog friendly and the location was so good for what we were trying to do that weekend but the hotel and staff just wasn’t worth it at all!
