The hotel was beautiful! The staff was amazing and so welcoming. Any questions I had they were able to assist us. The location was perfect and steps away from seeing the ocean and beauty of Sorrento. We were very close to the beach, the shops and restaurants!

This is an amazing hotel. It is a gorgeous and historic (built in the 15 century) property that is located exactly where you'd want your hotel to be, close to all the dining and shopping areas of Sorrento's old city center. Also very close to the bus and train terminal, the marina port for ferries, and the beach. Staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Excellent daily breakfast was included.

This boutique hotel has everything to make you come back. Beside of its beautiful estructure, the way is decorated, every detail is just a dream. The most important thing is LOCATION, in front of the lift to the beach, next to the main street, next to all restaurants, you dont want nothing else.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect in the heart of Sorrento, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our large room was clean and well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

The room was spacious and had many extra amenities like coffe and tea in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The only quibble I had was that the hotel did not have enough money on hand to change a larger Euro bill for me. The service was generally excellent.

Gorgeous hotel in a brilliant location. Staff were excellent. The rooms were lovely. Breakfast was okay, it could be improved. It would be good if they had a bar. So many beautiful spaces to sit, gorgeous terrace area. I would highly recommend.

The Palazzo is located close to the town square and to the docks to catch a ferry to the other islands. Plenty of shops and cafes. The staff was outstanding! Kind and very helpful. Our suite was spacious, clean and quiet. It was everything you'd expect in a suite and more. 2 bathrooms was ideal for 2 women travellers! The views breathtaking especially at sunset.
