Rooms are really well appointed, spotlessly clean and the high technology spec all works well. The pool area is excellent too with plenty of beds and shade available. The pool staff are very good indeed. The staff in the hotel are also good, there are clearly a few newer staff in the restaurant that are still learning, and the more senior staff on reception etc are excellent, especially Antonia who was so helpful with her recommendations etc. We found the restaurant and bar area to be soulless however, with no atmosphere. Although it was super clean and had a good choice of items on the menu and at breakfast, it just felt like somewhere you didn’t want to stay for too long. I think the hotel could do much more here eg encourage customers to have drinks before going out for dinner,and maybe a nightcap before bed. It just didn’t feel like a bar, or a restaurant, it was more like a clinical space than a social space. I hope this helps as it is a great hotel overall.

Pleasant stay in a modern hotel

Stay was pleasant, great pool surroundings and staff were friendly and helpful (especially with bus to airport recommendation). Breakfast was good, especially providing gluten free options. The hotel has made a conscious attempt to be modern which we enjoyed but there were some faults such as the electronic blinds being temperamental, rooms were not very soundproofed and we were woken up by others moving around in their rooms, closing doors and scraping chairs across the floor. Unfortunately the hotel did not accommodate our request to use facilities to freshen up on our last day as we were not flying home until late - they suggested we use the open shower by the pool. We would have paid a fee to use a room for an hour if this had been an option, but we were informed we’d have to pay a full nights rate if we wanted to do this.

Really modern and peaceful, a nice walk to the centre. Watch the scooters though wherever you are in the area! Pool area not overcrowded and coffee amazing!

Great place to stay

They were very friendly and accommodating! We drove there, and the hotel parking was easy, and they let us leave the car there after we checked out for the day to explore the rest of the coast. It was the perfect distance from the center of town, and we loved our stay. The only thing that could have made it better was longer pool hours! Definitely a memorable experience and trip.

Everything was great! The property was very clean, amenities were spot on. There was cold air blowing throughout the entire property. The staff, from front desk to pool servers and everyone in between was friendly and helpful! We will be back next time we are in Sorrento!

Great New Hotel

Really nice and new hotel. We had a fantastic welcome during our later check-in and given a tonne of information by the person at the check-in desk. Even some late night food recommendations (La Ruttino down the road). The hotel is clearly new, and we did find that there was some construction noises around us on some of the mornings, but not until 10/11am, so not great if we needed a lie in. The pool was great, and bar by the pool / food was great. Considering all the modern tech in the hotel, it would’ve been a fun addition if you could order from your phone straight to the sun lounger (considering the menu was already online via QR codes on tables beside sunloungers). Breakfast was a little limited, but expected continental options. Having a water fountain on each floor for hot and cold water was a game changer, would love to see this more in hotels overall. The walk into Sorrento was manageable, but it was disappointing that there wasn’t a shuttle bus service for the hotel considering that nearby hotels have the same service.
