Just an 8-minute walk from the scenic Sirens Beach and a short drive to Ayia Napa’s popular attractions like the Waterworld Waterpark and Ayia Napa Marina, the villa combines a serene setting with easy access to entertainment and dining options. Restaurants, cafes, and nightlife spots are only a few minutes away by car, giving you convenience without compromising on tranquillity.



Inside, the villa is designed with family comfort in mind. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with a shower for convenience after outdoor activities. The sleeping arrangements include a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds.
