Defining you get what you pay for. Very reasonable rate, but the room was dirty, small, no toiletries except for soap. Thankfully there was enough room to share space with the dead bugs. Crumbs on the floor, dirty table, outdated appliances.

The bath tub had mold. There was a bed not made ie someone was still there, as well as a mountain dew almost full. The kitchen sink was unusable, as it sprayed all over. I slept on the couch, not folded out. It had a oil stain on it. I covered it with a freshly washed comforter.

I got to the hotel to check in at 2:45. We were initially told there would be a 15 minute wait. That wait turned into over an hour. Our key cards did not work. The room was dirty. People were screaming profanities so loudly they could be heard down the hallway. Staff were not dressed professionally. I called the front desk with questions and was hung up on 3 times before my question was answered. Horrible experience. I would not stay here again.

Parking lot had trash everywhere, signs were posted that they were not responsible for theft, lobby was filthy, staff that checked me in was in a t-shirt and the other staff member was in a sweat suit and flip flops, a person came down while I was checking in and said something was missing from their room, I was charged a safety deposit I did not know would be happening but then told after I ran my card that I had to also pay a $2 Wi-Fi fee, and then the room also appeared dirty, though the bed was made well--there was dust and tape on the floor. Finally, overall, I quite simply did not feel safe there and actually walked right back out and did not stay at the hotel at all. I would have felt more safe in my van at a Meijer.

I was given a room that had people occupying it. Then I want to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the unit. I tried to call down to the front desk and the phone was consistently busy I believe it was after hours. And I could not get the internet access. The next morning I want to take a shower turned on the bathtub pulled the plunger to activate the shower and the plunger came out of the faucet. I was not able to take a shower... It would be the lowest ranking I can give you is one star.... I traveled the United States as an insurance adjuster and this by far was the worst day I have ever had!
