Nice place to stay. Nothing fancy but clean and staff were helpful. Forgot my phone charger and they were quick to provide me with a loaner. Breakfast again wasn’t fancy but more than adequate. Hot and ample supply.

I was disappointed by the cleanliness of this hotel. The dishes were dirty at breakfast, the hallway carpets were stained and wallpaper was ripped throughout the hallways. It was in need of a renovation. The staff were lovely, however!

Didn’t get the reservation so didn’t stay but got billed. I pulled up on the app to stay on the 17th, when it generated the reservation and I paid it came back the 18th and was non refundable. I was in the lobby of the Hyatt when this happened. The attendant said he couldn’t do anything about a third party reservation. I stayed at a Hampton Inn that night. I tried to retrieve my money but couldn’t get the rest cancelled. Can you help.
