The lobby was crowded with students, there was never anywhere to sit despite being paid customers. While I understand the Mo Inn lobby is considered the campus living room, but it is extremely disrespectful to not consider paying guests as part of this "living room" experience. It is highly unlikely I will stay at the Mo Inn in the future.

The staff and room were nice… However, the stay was just ok. Nothing to write home about. I requested 3 robes for the room and there were only 2. Not a big deal, but my husband I were taking our daughter for her 4th birthday and doing a “spa” night for her. I explained this on the preference sheet. This is not my first stay here. Additionally, I work in hospitality (at Notre Dame, but not for Notre Dame), so I know what level to expect. I know what can be done for guests. I also know what is done for “special guests”. We are not anyone special but it’s disappointing to have a simple request ignored… especially working in hospitality and I know how simple it is to make a guest’s day. Overall, not left with a great impression.
