Stayed here as a group of 5 friends for a weekend. The house was in excellent condition. Had everything we needed. Furniture was comfortable for hanging out and we even were able to light a fire in the fireplace given the April temps. (Please note you need to bring your own wood or Duraflame logs) Kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer worked well. Beds were a bit hard (but that's a personal subjective assessment). The only suggestion I would have is to be a bit more clear about some of the directions (e.g. it said that the garbage bins would be on the West side of the the main house (lakeside) when the bins were actually on the East side of the secondary house/garage that faced the street). It was directly on the lake, yet an easy drive up route 7 to downtown Burlington (7-10 minutes). Grocery store was right nearby and the water was right in front of us! Great place for a family or a small group.
Excellent location on the lake and close to downtown. Spent two day skiing at Mad river and Bolton Valley then back to the house with plenty of time to head downtown for dinner. So convenient to everything but in a quiet little area over looking the lake . House was as described and very clean . Wife and kids said we should stay again next year
