Great space for large groups

What a great space for large groups! Everyone had their own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked with amenities, and the outdoor space was perfect for sitting outside together. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The location allowed us access to explore so many wonderful places - Pagosa Springs, Treasure Falls, Big Meadows, Beaver Creek Reservoir, Creede, etc. I highly recommend staying here.

An amazing stay for 12 adults! The house had all we could have wanted! It was a wonderful time to reconnect and spend time together. We fished, enjoyed the fire pit, did some sightseeing, and simply enjoyed time with family! Plans are to gather again!

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have so many rooms with king beds for all of the couples. The kitchen was stocked incredibly. It would be nice to have some a/c units in the 3rd floor bedrooms as they were very warm but the rest of the house stayed very comfortable.

Enjoyable Stay - less than enjoyable interface with Vacasa.

The House was amazing and VERY clean upon arrival. The driveway/entrance off the county road was unplowed the day we arrived and our AWD SUV couldn't make it all the way up the driveway. Calls to the local Vacasa rep were unreturned and calls to the 800 number were frustrating. VRBO should state up front the name of the management company used if the owner is not in charge of the property.
