I had an… interesting experience with this place, which I may have already reviewed. First, the check-in and process and the communication with the concierge service is completely electronic. There is no actual attendant on the premises. This could be okay if it were done well and using the correct technology, but that very much not the case. The system is clumsy, awkward and disjointed. Good luck with that. Second, when I actually *did* manage to fumble my way through the process of getting into my room, I found that the room was in complete disarray. The cleaning staff had done absolutely *nothing* after the last guest. There was even about 2/3 of a pizza left next to the television. Personally, I lay the blame less on the cleaning staff than I do the communication, if getting into my room was evidence enough. After more fumbling with the communication, I eventually began a disjointed conversation with the concierge service on duty. He/they apologized and got me a room on the other side of the street. That was sufficient, because it was sort of an upgrade. The day after they moved me back to the room I was originally supposed to have. As to the room I was supposed to have, I really only have two complaints: there were not enough blankets for the season, (and this is coming from someone who has been consistently described as being hot-blooded,) and the heater/A/C was so noisy that I was having difficulty hearing phone conversations. Other than that, it was fine.

I stayed here for the weekend (~3 days). After a fairly rough check-in, I walked into the room to find it had not been cleaned after the last occupant had left. I communicated with the staff, but the process was clunky and irritating. After figuring out that every message I sent had to have a corresponding e-mail response, I was finally able to convey the problem. The result? I was moved across the street for the night, and the room was cleaned the next day. The room was okay. The air conditioner / heater was noisy, but that is all I have to say that was really bad about it. No, my main gripe is the awkwardness of the check-in process and messaging the concierge-service/front-desk. Everything else was more or less fine.

This place is an older motel that has been redone on the inside. From the pictures on Expedia, I expected it would be a small, newer cabin-type room (also given that it's connected to an RV park). But once we got inside, it was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It's right on highway 160, which can be loud. But with the room ventilation fan provided the white noise we needed to keep road noise out. There is no front desk, just direct access to the room. For the price, I think it's a good value and I would stay there again.

reasonable price, would rate higher but housekeeping used way too much industrial strength deodorizer. Had to open door and run heater for a couple of hours to be able to stand the overpowering smell.

Door code was incorrect, tried calling every number with no luck but thankfully got a text back with a different code to try. Random dogs will greet you from the cabins. Place is rough but doable. They need a new handy man, workmanship was poor.
