We were in town for a wedding, this space was perfect for our group of 7 adults and one baby. Very clean and spacious! When it came time to get ready for the wedding having 4 bathrooms was wonderfully convenient. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to access the beach and downtown shops. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and admiring the wildflower garden.

Great location and space!

We had a great stay at the condo! The weather was fabulous which made it easy to walk to restaurants, downtown for shopping, and to the lake. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our multi-age family. We would love to stay again!

Girls’ trip

The place was wonderful and just enough space, (and bathrooms) for 6 of us. Loved that it was walking distance from many places. Enjoyed the gym area and had fun relaxing in the hot tub the night it was storming outside.

Family getaway weekend

There are A Lot of positive things about this place. It is clean, the location is great! Swimming, hot tub, 3 bed room plus the extra room. Things I believe that needs work! This 2 day weekend trip with ALL the host fees was 1700 plus!!! We were happy to pay because we wanted an upscale place. The sheets in master bedroom were a 250 count and very used! In my opinion they should be tossed. I think they need to update the thread count for sure in the master bedroom at least. Also in the master bathroom the bed squeaks very bad. Every time you toss if you are a light sleeper you will hear it. 2. The light coming in is a lot. A good pair of shades on the top windows would help with the light in the mornings and not effect light coming into the house. Also to have a shade over the door in the main living room would be great. When you are eating sometimes the sun is shining right in your eyes and there is nothing you can do about it. 3. There is no map that they give you when they communicate with you on how to get to the pool. It would be very easy in their website for them to give directions on how to walk from the condo to the pool. But you’re walking around for 30 minutes trying to go how do you get to the pool? 4. Also they show a movie theater room but unless you know to bring a dvd that pic is pointless. These are a few of the things that needs to be addressed in my opinion to make this property worth the money they are asking for.

South Haven Family Vacation

Our stay at Central Lofts was wonderful! Our family enjoyed the beautiful patio, grills, green space, workout room, pool and hot tub! We also appreciated the large kitchen, living space and balcony! The location was walkable to downtown and the lake! The building was well maintained and secure. We had a couple rainy days and the indoor pool/ hot tub provided the perfect outlet for our boys’ energy! This was our second stay at Central Lofts and we will be back!

Girls Trip

Condo was very clean and perfect to entertain for a Friends weekend away. Beds were comfortable. Everything is within walking distance of what we wanted to do. I couldn't get in at first but they were very fast to respond to help me and it was my error. I would stay here again.

clean and very basic

Very clean, not super family friendly. No curtains for the windows in the upstairs bedrooms and no hooks anywhere in the unit or places to hang coats or towels. No beach or pool toys and nothing kid or baby friendly. Had to buy salt and pepper even. Very bare bones, so bring/pack everything if staying with kids. The amenities are awesome, my kids loved the theater and indoor pool! Extremely clean and beds were very comfortable

Perfect Girls’ Weekend

What an ideal spot for our Fall Girls’ Weekend! The condo was spacious, charming, and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable so we were well rested for days of exploring, shopping, and dining out. The only negative for our stay is that we didn’t have time to take advantage of all of the amenities, such as pool and theater rooms. And the communication from the managers was spot on. They provided easy directions, check in info, and recommendations. A perfect weekend with friends.

Fall Getaway

We came up for a long family weekend (3 adults, 2 kids -6yr & 3yr) & it was great! We absolutely loved being able to walk to all the shops & restaurants. We got an extra surprise of the farmers market being held on Saturday & only a 3 minute walk. The condo itself was beautiful & so spacious. We loved the history of the building & the industrial vibe. We will for sure be back!

Clean, modern, convenient, comfortable

We really enjoyed this condo for our reunion of college roommates. The open, modern layout worked perfectly. The location was great, too. We could walk to the beach and to town. So nice to have three full bathrooms! It was very clean and well equipped. And the new pool was indoor but with huge glass doors that opened it up to a big patio.

Such a great time and unique property!

We had the best time staying at the condo. To say this property was unique is an understatement. I knew from the listing the condo was in a renovated school but just didn't expect all the fun and different amenities would be so neat. The condo itself was so well stocked and clean and accommodating for our group. My father came and he is in his 70's so the access for him was great. Our kids (both under 8) also loved it. We could walk downtown and the huge play area (which I assume used to be the schools play fields) was amazing! Of course the pool and hot tub and movie theatre were also big hits. We will be back, thanks so much!

The location was great for us

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The building was within walking distance to the main hub of town, marina and pier. It was also easily accessible for family members who have difficulties with stairs. The weather was cooler and we took advantage of the pool and hot tub area. We also bright extra towels since only one bath towel was provided per person. 2 notes: There was no dead bolt to the door. With the keyless entry, my 2 year old could open the front door. We had to baby gate it shut. There is also no bathtub. I knew this going into it for my family, but did want to stress it for other families whose Littles don't put up with taking a shower. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
