Downstairs, the entertainment continues in a second lounge area equipped with another 75-inch TV and a classic Pac-Man arcade game featuring all your favorite retro hits.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Suite: An elevated retreat featuring a king-sized bed and a stunningly remodeled en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and designer shower.
Bedroom 2: A fun bunk room with a trundle—ideal for kids or additional guests.
Bedroom 3: A comfortable, private guest room with a queen bed.
Bonus: King sofa bed that sleeps two guests located downstairs

Outdoor Living
Step onto the balcony to breathe in the fresh Sierra air. Fire up the BBQ grill for an al fresco dinner, or spend your evenings soaking in the private spa while looking out over the quiet Tahoe Keys canals.

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7), and our team is available on call, text, or chat from 5 am to 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

The home is situated alongside a lagoon in the Tahoe Keys; however, it does not have a private dock or direct guest access to Lake Tahoe from the property. Public beaches and lake access points are available nearby.

This home is located in a quiet, close-knit residential neighborhood. We take great pride in being good neighbors and maintaining a peaceful environment for the families who live nearby.

##GUEST ACCESS

- Guests have full access to the home, balcony, private spa, and BBQ area. Entry instructions and specific parking details will be provided prior to your arrival.

- No Pets Allowed: The home maintains a 'No pets policy' to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, as well as the safety of pets themselves. The owner has a pet allergy and often visits the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

- Exterior security cameras for guest safety located in front of the home and in the fenced backyard.

- No live TV—streaming apps only (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, YouTube TV, Amazon Video)

- Check-in: 4:00 pm / Check-out: 11:00 am

- Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (please no glitter, confetti, or other decorations that may be difficult to clean up)

- No pre-set early check-ins or late check-outs. The cleaning team will welcome you by SMS if the home is ready before check-in time.

- Noise Monitoring enforced per County STR rules: To ensure compliance with South Lake Tahoe’s strict vacation rental ordinances, we utilize privacy-safe noise monitoring devices (decibel level only; no audio is recorded).

- Respectful Guests Only: We welcome guests who will treat our home and our neighbors with the utmost care and respect.

- Max Occupancy: 6 guests plus children

- Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles.

- No Smoking: Tobacco and cannabis are prohibited.

- Spa Etiquette: The spa is for quiet relaxation only. Waiver required upon booking.
