Room was clean and spacious. One of the heaters did not work. The other heater was sufficient. I told the front desk about the heater that did not work but I did not see anybody come by to address it and it still was not working when I left. I was disappointed that my room was not tidied each day. I found out they only do that every other day. They only came one time during my stay.( 4 days ) On morning of checkout I did not have any clean towels or rags to shower due to not being replaced enough during my stay. Breakfast was sufficient. I was able to park close to front door each day. I felt I was in a safe area. Front desk personnel were friendly. Location was central to other places I intended to visit.

Staff was great, room was clean - only complaint was that despite Best Western having no rooms on their website, I am not receiving points because I booked on Expedia. I don't think that was fair since the Best Western site said it was sold out.
