My third stay this year and will be coming back soon. Ive stayed at both suite and cabana and both are nice and go wrong with the rooms but my preference is definitely the beach/pool view rooms. Stay was clean and beds was very comfortable. Never had any complaints for music or neighbors staying next door. Breakfast buffet has awesome food. Both first floor and second floor bars are 8/10. Even if you dont eat there theres multiple restaurants five minute of walking distances nearby and beach access. In my opinion best hotel on the island.

I enjoyed the area the resort is placed. There is so much to do at the hotel itself that you really don't have to leave. The environment is very nice and perfect for vacation.

Loud pool party.

We made the mistake of going during Spring Break. They gave us a room near the pool and hotel was having a pool party with DJ. The music was loud and did not stop until 2:00 am. We asked if we could be moved to another room but was declined.

I paid 300$ for a beach view in the hotel I ended up in one of those cabins not satisfied at all and not worth my money I work so hard and to pay so much it was not worth my time and money. Honestly the only good thing is staff other than that not satisfied with the room.

Good location, but they don’t have coffee or tea anywhere you have to buy it , if you want to play volleyball or tennis , you have to buy your own stuff, there is not entertainment in the pool , all around the pool is prepared for the pool party at night, No a good place for family , a lot a young adult smoking weed , and drunk

The young man in the front was rude. Barely spoke a word to us or explain anything. The room was good and clean. Our room door did not lock. I could open it without a key by pushing against it. I let a worker know and he said he was going to look into it and he never did. There were people knocking on our door throughout the night. It sounded like teen agers just running around and knocking on peoples doors. The heated pool was nice. The beach was close and overall the property was really nice. I think we just chose a bad time to go during spring break where a lot of teens were staying and the staff was overwhelmed.

It was an unfortunate experience. The front desk do not greet customers. Initially one staff asked me to go to the closest gas station and get 100 us dollar cash for each family members due to their spring break policy. I got the $400 from ATM at closest gas station. Then another staff at registration told me , this policy was not for families and only applied to spring breakers. The first night was distaster , the room upstairs around 2 am were having sex and their noises were horible . I am glad my teenage boys were sleep at the time. Despite 2 nights and 3 days reservation, we left the next morning. If you have family, this is not the place to stay. Despite pating through expedia, they still charged me for room service which was not even requested. Avoid this place . Probably a motel would be more suitable than this place that call themselves a resort. Horible place to be at. I wish I could give them no star at all. Shahin

Over all our stay was amazing, however we werent aware of the pool parties, or the extra deposit required for the month of march. Outside of that everything was amazing! Especially Lizbeth at the front dest, she was great!!!
