Staff was horrible..there wasn’t a manager on site the 4 days we were there. We needed handicap parking and the front desk girl said her manager told her she could park there. She was parked on the non parking part of the handicapped parking so we couldn’t get our chair out of the car. She recommended I parked in the other parking on the other side. They gave a rug as a towel to use. Breakfast was over at 10…930 they stopped bringing food out. It was the same thing every day…scrambled eggs, beans and sausage. There was NO FRUIT at all. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

⭐ 1 out of 5 stars – Very disappointing, not worth the price We stayed at Comfort Inn recently and were extremely disappointed. While the place was relatively clean, it’s clearly old and not nearly as clean or updated as the reviews and photos make it seem. We booked a “suite” for six people at $240 for just one night – definitely not worth the price. The pictures online are very misleading. The room looked much more spacious in the photos, but in reality, it was cramped and poorly maintained. The sofa bed was unusable – uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on – and to make things worse, they didn’t even provide enough towels, pillows, or blankets for the extra guests the suite was supposed to accommodate. The toilet paper holder was broken and instead of fixing it, they just stuck a roll on the broken piece – very lazy and unprofessional. The property also falsely advertises certain amenities. There is no elevator (just stairs), and no washer/dryers available for guests. As for the breakfast – it’s barely even breakfast. Very limited and low quality. Overall, this place was a huge letdown. DO NOT spend your money to stay here. There are better, more honest and comfortable options out there.

Felt lied to

Did not even stay. Called to add an extra day. Front desk made a note and told me to pay the extra day when I got there, as to not have to move rooms. Upon check in, we found out the room wan NOT saved and we were going to have to change rooms. Ended up leaving and getting another room at a different hotel.

The property is OK, but they don’t clean the rooms. They don’t give us a clean towels and toilet paper. We stay in a double bedroom with sofa for extra people and they don’t give us extra sheets and bed sheets was dirty.

Hotel is obviously dated but it was clean and beds were comfy. Elevator was out of order which was inconvenient but other than that, no issues. Breakfast was surprisingly good every morning. Would stay here again.

Horrible hotel

This place was very nasty,dirty with no elevator, you have to take the stairs.the stairs was filthy. The room was run down,the showers was linking water. You had to beg for towels.this is just a horrible place to stay on the island. THEY CHARGE ME TEN DOLLARS TO CANCEL MY SECOND DAY STAY.PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL..

All the workers were amazing, especially Tanya!! The smell of mildew was rampant. Even the water as we brushed our teeth tasted mildewy. Breakfast was tasty except for the coffee; tasted terrible. It worked for the 2 nights that we were there. Would NOT seat again though…
