The kitchen has minimal stuff to cook with. The grill was rough with no propane. We ended up using the charcoal grill after we purchased fuel and a lighter. The house was very clean and nice. They also worked with us when we were delayed 24 hours. There is a starter kit with dish soap, laundry soap and paper towels. There were no beach towels however. The pool and hot tub worked well and just like the pictures showed. The location was excellent. Right in the middle of the island.

House is very spacious and has a great location.Pool was perfect size. There was no hand-soap in any of the restroom, no dish soap either. Only condiments in kitchen is salt. Plenty of pool towels.

Great Time

Accommodations were great, went over Xmas break with whole family of all ages. Everyone loved the property. Pool was a huge hit as well as the jacuzzi! Would definitely use this property again!

Family vacation

Our overall impression of the property was good. The house was beautiful and our family really enjoyed themselves! A few things that would have been beneficial would be to have more than just two large trash bags provided and dishwasher pods. These two items were not sufficient for a family of eight. We will definitely book again!

Nice home - listing is accurate

We stayed over NYE weekend. The home is nice and spacious. The heated pool was a big hit for the kids and the hot tub was an adult fav. The property management was excellent and super responsive. The master bath has a bidet which is very accessory. Definitely would stay again!

Good location, nice clean home, bring your essentials

The home was clean and spacious for our family. There were things that were different for this rental that we thought were standard. The toilet paper rolls were limited, so were the paper towels and trash bags. No coffee filters, coffee or sugar. Those are things I’ve seen as standard at other homes, so this was different. I never communicated with owner which is different with Vacasa. I did find the rental in the VRBO site, so this was unexpected. The check in time was at 4 and the checkout was at 10 am, so we paid 60 to extend out check out to 2pm. Other times we’ve checked in at noon and out at 11. There were no instructions in the home of how to control lights outdoors or the pool, hot tub. The net for cleaning the pool was torn and needs to be replaced. The grill had the barrel rusted out, so use the gas one only. These things did not impact our stay and we enjoyed every bit of it, just things to note so you plan your stay. Clean beautiful home!

Very relaxing!!!

Overall had a great relaxing stay with the family. House was much better than what the pictures on the listing showed. Modern furniture inside the house and it had no carpet which made it a pet friendly environment. I recommend updating pictures for the online listing it cost me a drive back to get my pet. The restroom upstairs had a funky smell and wouldn’t go away but I believe it’s due to the spi drainage. I would also recommend updated outside patio furniture. Pool was awesome the only downside is when we checked in the pool was being maintenance therefore we had to wait about 3 hours to use the pool mind you check in is at 4:00pm. I would also recommend the pool temperature to be changed so the water wouldn’t feel hot.

Graduation Getaway

We had a great time at this place! The location was great, it was super clean and very large space just as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone of all ages to enjoy! We loved the pool but the only disappointment was the hot tub was not hot....oh well. We would definitely stay again!!

Turkey Week Get Away

Had a wonderful week at this house; was spacious and perfect for a party of 8 to stay and have enough room to spread out. Check in was a breeze with the lock box. We had a few minor complaints which were addressed within 8 hours - the coffee maker was an antiquated piece of junk that leaked all over - we told them and received a brand new one in its place. Also, the hot tub was apparently turned off when we arrived and barely luke warm, but we let them know about this at the same time as the coffee maker and maintenance was out first thing in the morning, cleaned the pool (wasn’t needed) and fixed the hot tub promptly. We spent the majority of our time in the hot tub! Overall, great house. The front and back porches got a lot of use and were wonderful. There were kayaks for the kids to use, beach tent/umbrellas, and lots of games and pool noodles. We had a great thanksgiving here.

The entire property was amazing! Easy check-in/ out process. The house was sparkling cleaned and beautiful from the inside. The heated pool and jacuzzi were clean, such a perfect place for a BBQ!

I hesitate to let the secret out...

...but I have to hand it to the owner's/management of this property. This was the first visit to SPI for the vast majority of our family group of 7 members, but it won't be our last. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the beach and the high-quality of the restaurant food on the island. This property is all that it says it is, with four bedrooms and three baths. It was clean and smelled fresh and was super comfortable in its split-level design. The adults slept upstairs, the teens and young adults downstairs, and it worked very well for us. The view of the bay from the balcony was pretty, the neighborhood very quiet, and the pool in the backyard was convenient and clean, though the water was so hot we didn't enjoy it much. Maybe earlier in the season it would get more use. The mosquitoes were vicious in the backyard though, so come prepared with bug spray. A few issues: The kitchen cookware and utensils are way beyond tired and need updating, and there were filthy pieces of silverware in the tray in the drawer as if clean. I'd run everything through the dishwasher again before using, especially in light of COVGID. Seating in the den is tired too. Broken seats in the barrel chairs and a terribly hard and uncomfortable love seat in that room make for less than ideal comfort for larger groups. A few things you should take: Beach towels, cheap dishtowels you wouldn't mind leaving, trash bags, toilet paper, afore-mentioned bug spray, and your patience with the only grocery store on the island where the help is beyond rude and the prices sky high. The vast majority of those things are easily over-looked and we might very well try to book this property again in the future. Definitely a do recommend property. 4.5 Stars

We arrived Sunday and the home is great , however the pool was dirty. The pool was murky and brown on the floor and hot tub didn't work. Completely green pool and hot tub after 2nd day. Inside of home was clean and spacious.

Great house, but hot tub didn't work for the majority of the time

The house was very nice and the pool was great, but the code for the key holder they gave me didn't work, and I had to sit on hold for 40 minutes stuck outside while I waited for customer service. The hot tub didn't have propane in it for the first three nights and we were only there for 5 nights. Didn't receive any compensation for one of the main features of the house being unusable.
