Amazing Vacation!

We've never been here before and didn't know what to expect, but this spot exceeded our expectations. This was such a great stay made especially amazing by the staff. Anyone we interacted with had a smile on their face and were so friendly. We'll surely be back!

Loved being right on the beach and having a pool right outside the rooms. Would’ve given 5 stars if they had more food options on site. They used to have a grill at the beach bar but no longer have that, only overpriced grab and go sandwich options. Also be aware that they automatically charge a 20% gratuity to all purchases whether it be a drink at the bar or grab and go sandwich.

Nice resort, but odd configuration of space. It appears they are undergoing a transition to the Blue Water resort next door which required us to walk a bit further than expected. Limited options onsite for eating and those that are available close too early.

Overall our stay at the Riviera was good. The room remodel was nice. The room was clean and we had a good view. The beds were comfortable. We had a king + bunk beds and we had plenty of sleeping space for 3 adults and one kid. The pool was nice but cold and the hotel was right on the beach which was nice. Unfortunately when were there it was very windy and the area seemed to be the only place that was foggy and cold vs other areas on the cape that

Front desk check in was greeted by a great staff. Friendly and went above and beyond for my mom and I. Finding us a first floor room which I forgot to request at time of booking. My only complaint was to do with the family that stayed above us letting their children jump off the bed repeatedly from 10-12pm. No fault of this hotel.

It was ok. It’s somewhere we would to visit when it’s hot, Because that cross wind makes it cold. The shower was luke warm and there wasn’t much options to eat onsite.

Wonderfully clean and modern place with very close access to the beach. My only complaint, and it's very minor is that apparently the two resorts consolidated, so you need to access the other resort to check-in, which wasn't really told to us aside from a small sign. A bit confusing but really a non-issue.

Great spot for our weekend shenanigans. We went down to see the 17-year cicadas emerge. The property was nice the and the beach was very accessible. The wind kept us off the sand and in the woods for the most part.

The property is right on the beach making the location perfect. The pool was a good option as the ocean was freezing. The indoor pool isn’t heated but a good option if the weather isn’t great. The rooms are basic, nothing fancy. There are ants but assume that’s due to the location and not from the room being unclean. If you have any difficulty at all with stairs make sure to request a room on the first floor. Parking is not included and is charged on site in addition to room costs. It’s $25/day. There’s restaurants on site but they close early. Anything else is a min 10+ min drive. If you want a quiet room to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view don’t get a room facing the pool as it’s crowded and loud.
