, Left at midnight on final night as beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. Complained first night and staff tried to help but no better as all beds are the same, booked this hotel for 3 nights and jacuzzi not working at all and told it was not the hotels responsibility . Never again!

The staff were absolutely lovely. We had the Tilley Suite - nice size but definitely in need of a refurb. Breakfast was great with a full buffet available. Luis in Leo's was awesome

Room not in good condition carpet bad and poorly fitted , moldy silicone in bathroom , both toilets didn’t flush properly .upgraded to junior suite which was worse than the standard king size bed we had our previous stay , and also pictures were misleading . the main reason for our 2 day stay was that we wanted to use pool and spa facilities which were out of order so we were left with nothing to do , drinks selection at bar was poor

Couple of items were broken in the room (second toilet roll holder, dent in wardrobe door, condition of shampoo holder in shower and bath had seen better days!) but it didn’t affect our stay. No idea what happened but we checked in and went to our room, the key wouldn’t let us in at first. It then flashed and the door opened to someone else’s stuff! Went back to reception who were just as confused and assigned us another room. The staff were really apologetic and gave us vouchers for a free drink each for my husband and I, but it’s slightly concerning that we were able to access someone else’s room! It did seem as though staff were genuinely baffled which would suggest it wasn’t something that they’d had to deal with before, but still!
