Staff excellent, however its an older building and some of the main fittings are getting a little worn although the bed and furniture is all fine. No aircon was ok in september but I wouldnt go back when its higher temperatures. not even any biscuits to have with my tea. would probably save the money and book into the ibis or ibis budget across the carpark next time.

Staff really helpful organised taxis to centre. Clean room. Bathroom set up inconvenient with toilet on own and bath hard to get in and out of especially for older people. Extra cup and towel for the third person on sofa bed but not tea cup or hand towel. Convenient location.

Stayed overnight ready to join cruise ship the following day. Very convenient for the cruise terminal. Plenty of parking, quick check in. Room was a good size with fridge, complete with iron and safe. Everything you need for your stay. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is ok but not much room. Wasn’t a huge variety on the menu for room service however I did have the soup of the day which was tomato. Homemade, piping hot when it arrived and was delicious. It was quick service with payment there and then so no waiting around to check out in the morning. Just drop your key in the drop off box and off you go. Very efficient! I would definitely stay here again.

NO swimming pool!! Cancel it if you are expecting

Hotel.com did not update the information of the amenities, the swimming pool of this hotel has been closed since the beginning of 2025. Many families with children are so disappointed for this. We booked this hotel based on the information on Hotel.com website

The room was a good size and clean if a bit dated; the beds were very comfy, and we certainly appreciated the fan overnight. The bar and restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of food, but the absolute winner for my 9-year-old was the automatic pancake maker and giant Nutella Dispenser. We would definitely stay here again.

Would def stay again. Note that there is no AC in this hotel. They do provide a fan but it was quite warm even with. Kudos for doing their best given the heat. Stayed here for one night prior to cruising — can walk to cruise ship from hotel no problem. Lots of things to in the area. Very close to Southampton central station as well.

I would not stay here. The hotel does not have air conditioning and they advertised a pool but i did not find one. They first said no pool thèn they said under maintenance. The temperature in London over 90F and no AC expedia did not show no ÀC.
