一）對我們的查詢反應冷淡，甚至沒有回覆。二）取門匙程序指示不清晰及複雜。三）網頁內表示有車位提供，卻與事實不符，要自己找車位，而每晚找車位都非常困難，更不知何故被票控，現正處理中。四）屋苑門外衛生情況惡劣，滿地垃圾。五）店內熱水煲非常骯髒，不能使用。六）餐凳與餐枱高度不相稱， 餐凳高度高得離譜，進食時不舒適，很辛苦
