Er lagen haren op de badkamer vloer en de gordijnen bedekte maar een deel van het raam. Aangezien we op de begane grond zaten, kon dus iedereen naar binnen kijken.
Het personeel was behulpzaam.
De bus was dichtbij.
In de ochtend waren andere gasten in de hal en keuken aanwezig die hard praatten en naar elkaar riepen van de uiteinden van de hal. Dit was voor ons erg goed te horen, waardoor we niet meer konden slapen.
This property should not be listed as offering accommodation. I believe they are a rip-off group that pretends to offer something they cannot deliver on.
They did not answer the contact number given on multiple occasions so we could get an access code etc. This caused us to seek accommodation else where at our expenses. Shame on them for false advertising - should have taken greater attention to others feedback and reviews. I suggest wotif.com disassociates themselves from this property group, or they too will loose customers.
When I arrived at the property the room I was allocated was already in use. I tried calling multiple times but no one picked up. The maintenance team picked up and apologised but said they could not do anything as this is not an emergency. Stranded outside the place, I had to book another hotel room. I sent them multiple messages and emails and tried calling them and got no replies. I raised the matter with Expedia and after a long back and forth I got my refund from them. I recommend not booking this place under any circumstances as itâs unreliable and unsafe, and if something goes wrong, there is no one to call or reach out.
I spent less than an hour on the premises and that only because I was trying to contact somebody at the property to cancel my reservation or obtain a refund if they could not find me a suitably clean room
I have attatched couple of pictures from the room but they do not give you the remotest idea of the intense damp
I ended up on the street at 3am with nowhere to go. A full refund is the very least I think I should expect

Now I appreciate it was a single room whilst I was working away but the toilets had no hand wash at all across my floor. Shower was dirty and the wifi did not work.
Documents in my room for the wifi were for a router that would not appear. All QR codes to join the wifi did not work.
Bed was comfortable and facilities in room were ok.
The accommodation was in poor condition, not very clean and not as described when booking. The curtains in the room did not cover the windows.There was no hot water for showers etc. This is the second time we have stayed there and on that occasion the light in the shower did not work.We only stayed one night instead of the two we had booked. We have messaged the guest house with our complaints but have not had a reply
The property is run down. No one to greet us. Had a problem with getting into our room, called for help. Person on the other emd had no idea how to help, said he'd go tesearch but never got back to us. My husband finally figured it out on his own. The liquid soap in the bathroom was watered down. Never felt like my hands were clean. What we slept on was not a mattress but box springs. Felt every spring so was an uncomfortable night. My feet were dirty because of the dirty carpet. Was a dirty sock behind the bathroom door. The picture of the outside and the inside from the expedia website was not at all the way it looked. Much more run down. It's a long way to places to eat so if no transportation prepare to walk a ways. I'm usually more positive but we had a miserable night.
The photos aren't of the property from what I can tell. Our room didn't even resemble the photos we had made our booking because of. The front door was entirely unlocked and didn't close when we tried it, even with pushing.
The room itself was fine I suppose, although the carpet had a lot of stains and the pillows had marks on them. The room had a code that (assuming all the codes have the same pattern) anyone could have guessed, so I had to get the key out of the safe to keep with us so someone couldn't just guess the combination and come in. I didn't feel safe. I was glad it was only for a night. I suppose you get what you pay for with a place that is so cheap, but basic safety should always apply.

Donât trust the pictures of the property or rooms as itâs nothing like the pictures
Room needs some ventilation, there was odour smell. Otherwise the room was quite big enough. Toilet was nice and clean but the shower needs repaired otherwise water was hot enough. Check-in was easy. Parking was available at front. The WiFi was not working at all you have very low internet connection in building. After correction of these issues it was not bad at this price.
