The room was not very clean
The coffee mugs were filthy. The chair arms were torn. The bathroom door didn't close. The staff was excellent and very hard working. We had to change rooms our second day due to a very loud noise in the bathroom fan. The staff member addressed our issue very quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. Thank you staff of Premier Inn for a very nice stay.
Good food options, because I have an ankle injury ,and moonboot , I found it difficult to get in bed and also have a shower ,no rails and high bath.
Nice having extra pillows to elevate my foot.
