Lovely place, right by Fawley refinery where I needed to be. Staff were so lovely and accommodating, breakfast was brilliant also, will definitely be back and would recommend to others 5*
I only stayed one night the room was small but clean. Ideal for a single person travelling. The breakfast was good the next morning the owner was lovely and helpfull.
The room was pleasant and comfortable. I had a lovely nights sleep there. I didnât try the breakfast as I was meeting friends for a bite to eat instead. Would definitely recommend!
Was only for 1 night would have liked to have stayed for long period of time as i have started at Fawley till December. Very nice place and 2 minutes from Job.
Great B&B that does everything right. Rooms are good with everything you need. It is located near a fairly busy road but it is also a great location to access the New Forest, the Solent and Isle of Wight. Highly recommended.
We stayed one night before joining our cruise. Breakfast was included and was a nice start to the day. Plenty of choice.
Car park was free and right outside. Very friendly, left our luggage downstairs as we didn't want to carry them upstairs and they were looked after.
Lovely stay. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of parking and very easy to check in (just send a message on here or contact the property directly to advise of your arrival time.) The breakfast was really great and there is lots of options for all diets. Room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfortable. There is also a fridge under the stairs for guests to use which is very thoughtful. Plenty of parking right outside. Thereâs a few restaurants and a supermarket a short walk away (10-15 minutes) Highly recommend Walcot House.
Rob, the owner gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home throughout our stay.
We stayed in twin bedroom 4 which was a very clean, comfortable good sized room and en suite.
The location is ideal for exploring the New Forest and surrounding areas. There was a very good and varied breakfast menu, more variety than any other guest house I have stayed.
The area itself does not have any local pubs or restaurants which didnât affect us as we had already booked dinner in Hythe and Lymington. Other places are a short drive away
Booked through hotels.com paid extra for halfboard
Booked through hotels.com paid extra for halfboard. When i got there sign outside said B&B, checked in, asked what time evening meals served he replied " we have never done half board etc". Looks likes hotels.com may have mislead me and charged for a service a didnt get .
Very nice. Greeted in hallway. Explained about keys & told which room was mine for the night. The room was clean but a little cramped. A normal size single room but 1/3 of it was taken out by the on suit bathroom. The rest of the room forming an L shape round it. Comfortable for a short stay but could be a bit of an issue if stopping as a couple for more than a weekend.
