This stylish and beautifully interior designed three bedroom/2 bathroom, 3 storey Victorian Townhouse has recently been totally refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. It is located in an enviable position and centrally located in the heart of the historic and much sought after Clifftown Conservation Area. A short walk to the picturesque Cliff Gardens, local amenities, delightful eateries, the City Centre, the Seafront and both mainline railway stations. Use of the whole house Please call Alain your Host The property has been fitted with it's own BG SYNC 7.4kW EV charger which is compatible with any make of Hybrid/EV vehicles . Prior use, Guests will have to download the Monta App for payment which will be charged at 0.90 pence per Kwh ( Host doesn't allow use of Guests own charger/extension leads plugged in to House Electric. House is fitted with a smart meter which will notify Host if the Electricity consumption is higher than normal which will then be claimed by Host as an additional/extra fee ).
