Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Excellent place to stay! Kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes, utensils, and spices you could need! The space was huge and had plenty of room for everyone and then some. A lovely rural location for a weekend away. You can hear children playing in the neighborhood and birds singing outdoors. Highly recommend!

We just came home from a wonderful stay in Big Island , Va and the house was incredible. The house was clean, spacious, had plenty of cookware and sits on a private piece of land. Kate was very communicative and we lacked nothing. Can't wait to come back and relax in this cozy home away from home!

If you are looking for a quiet house in the mountains, then this is the house for you! The check in and check out process was so easy and everything we needed was provided for us. The kids had a lot of fun playing ping pong and hide and seek and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out! If we are ever back in that area, we would not have to think twice about renting this house!

I cannot say enough good about Breezewood. Kate is a wonderful host. Her communication and responses were always prompt. The house is comfortable and we truly felt at home from the minute we walked in the door, The house is well equipped and stocked with all of the necessities to cook a full meal. The 6 of us (3 couples) had plenty of room to spread out and also space to gather comfortably. I would give 10 stars if I could!
