This was our third time staying at this property, and the only time weâve ever had issues.Unfortunately, the smoke alarm on the 20-foot vaulted ceiling would not stop beeping and there was no ladder available in the home. The âhostâ contact number routed to a call center, and there was no local person available to resolve it in a timely manner. We ended up renting a ladder and replacing the battery ourselves.While we did appreciate receiving a one-night refund, the overall customer service experience was frustrating and lacking.In addition to the smoke alarm issue, there were several other maintenance concerns: the sliding door lock was unreliable, only half of the BBQ burners worked, the bathtub drained very slowly, and the kitchen faucet dripped.The house itself was clean, well stocked, and in a convenient location. However, due to the maintenance issues and lack of local management support, we wonât be staying here again.
