You are in a strategic position: only 4 km from the medieval village of Spello and 6 km from the charming Assisi, two of the most visited places in the region.



The apartment is completely independent, with a private entrance and a large fenced garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying the view of the Umbrian hills, or having meals in the shade of a tree. The garden is also ideal if you are traveling with children or pets.



Inside, you will find comfortable spaces: a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dining table and relaxation area, a cozy double bedroom with air conditioning, a second bedroom also with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower.
