L'appartement Luxerious Varos n'est pas loin du parc Marijan et à environ 5 minutes du centre-ville, dans un quartier calme et exclusif de Split.
L'appartement est très moderne et luxueux.
Il a deux chambres à coucher comme toilette avec bain et une cuisine moderne avec tous les accessoires.
Le salon est moderne avec une télévision à LED et un système surround dans une classe de harman / kardon, mais ils sont également climatisés.
Dans le salon, il y a aussi un canapé, où une personne peut encore dormir séparément si cela est nécessaire. Dans la cour de l'appartement il y a un barbecue et bien sûr une place de parking pour la voiture.
La meilleure façon d’obtenir une première impression est de voir les photos de l’appartement.

Great Split Experience

Amazing time at split with family of four. Location was ideal as it was not too close and not too far from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Highly recommend and would definitelt stay again!

Beautiful apartment only a five minute walk into Split old town. Had everything we needed and was extremely clean. Communication with the owner was great and we were able to check in early. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore Split and beyond.

Great base camp in Split

We really enjoyed our stay here in Split. It was a ten minute walk to both downtown and Marjan Park plus there were several places to get groceries nearby. The apartment was clean and a good size for our family. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

What a comfortable place this is. 2 private bedrooms, a comfortable living room with great tv to watch movies. Easy walk to the old city and to the beautiful Marjan Park. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great 6 night stay in Split this unit was very clean and comfortable with excellent amenities walking distance to main attractions in fabulous location host Zvondimir was very quick to respond and just an exceptional host we highly recommend.

Our first visit to Split

The property was fabulous. Quiet location, bakery across the street and old town was easily walkable. Loved the neighborhood atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly that you almost felt like you lived there. Every meal was delicious. We look forward to visiting again.

Happy in Split

The property exceeded our expectations. Location to old town and the Riva was ideal. As mentioned in other reviews, it was a quick walk to the little grocery store and bakery. The property manager was very helpful and accessible. We would definitely stay there again

Lovely property

Convenient to everything - main square, bakery, restaurant at the top of the street that had great views. Host kindly arranged to pick us up at the airport, and even drove us back for our return flight at 4:15 am. Beautiful, clean apartment.

This location was perfect! 5min walk to EVERYTHING (restaurants, shops, historic monuments and harbor). The owner was very flexible and extremely responsive. We accidentally locked our key in the house and he was there in less than 10mins. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place!

We were so happy with this place! Super clean and modern (remodeled kitchen and bath) and the hot water for the shower was great! Very comfy bed and the sofa in the living room was comfy as well. The location is excellent. Parking…such a needed convenience! Everything is a 10 minute walk. Our host was very Communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Short Break

We chose the apartment primarily due to the reviews and because of the parking for the hire car. The apartment is actually almost adjacent to the large town centre car park, so is ideal. The are a number of short walks into the old town, and a small bakery and well-stocked small shop is opposite. Property manager is very helpful and available on WhatsApp too.

Great place in Split!

We recently stayed here for three nights before setting out on a sailing adventure. We were two couples, and we were very comfortable (would have been a tight fit for 6 people). Zvonimir was extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is just a short walk to restaurants and the center of the city. The air conditioning was much appreciated, as it was quite hot while we were there!

Great stay in a comfortable well appointed apartment

Although not luxurious, the apartment is functional and close to the Old town, walking distance. It was clean and was well furnished with supplies. The parking space was a real bonus. We left our car parked there for two days and walked around. Zvonimir was very nice and helpful. We were 4 adults and the apartment was very comfortable. I would recommend this apartment.

Great apartment just steps away from old town!

Apartment was spacious and clean. We had our own private parking space, which is a must, if you have a car. Zvonimir was prompt and greeted us on the first day and was there on the last day as well to help us back our car out of the driveway because the streets in Split are very narrow. We walked everywhere since old town was only a few minutes away. There is also a small market a block away from the apt., which was very convenient as well. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent apartment in Split

This VRBO apartment in Split, Croatia was exactly as advertised. Very modern, clean and well situated. Two bedrooms allows two couples to comfortably stay there. A nice bakery and grocery store across street. A coffee shop just down road. Within a 5 minute easy walk to the old town of Split. Zvonimir was very easy to deal with regarding the check in and check out procedures. He offered to arrange for personal tours, if required. He personally drove our group to airport. We would highly recomend staying at Zvonimir's apartment.

Great location. Great host

Zvonimir is a great host and so accommodating. We misjudged our travel time to Split and he didn't flinch. He met us just after midnight, helped us with our bags and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is spacious and modern. We had everything we needed including some cold refreshments as a welcome. The location is ideal - near the old city and park marjun - and the downtown / major roads. We also took advantage of the off street parking and the laundry facilities. If only we had more time to enjoy the beauty of Split. Thank you Zvonimir for making our stay in your city so wonderful.

Good location

The apartment location is perfect: very close to the old town but away from the crazy touristy area. Be sure to check out the bakery one block down and right across from the house - it has a great selection of fresh breads and baked goodies. The apartment itself was good, it’s not Luxurious in my opinion; it,s pretty basic but had everything we needed. One thing I wish I knew: there’s only one a/c unit in the living room and no A/Cs in the bedrooms - may not be an issue if you travel in spring or fall but we hit a heat wave and it was very hot and difficult to sleep. Zvonimir is a great host: he met us at the port right off the boat and helped with our luggage, so check in process was great and easy.
