The apartment is part of a newly built family house, it consists of two stories, ground floor and first floor which are connected with an inner stairwell. Ground floor consist of a large kitchen,dining room, toilet and living area as well as a private outdoor swimming pool with a BBQ house that has it's own outdoor kitchen and a toilet. First floor consists of three bedrooms each with its own AC unit and its own bathroom. The apartment has about 210 m2 and an outdoor area of about 200m2.
The owners can arrange a wide variety of services, such organizing massages, hiking trips or bike trips with a professional guide.
Any kind of parties or events in the apartment and around the pool are strictly prohibited, the owners accept only bookings from families who want a peaceful holiday in the center of Split.
Guests are not allowed to bring people to the apartment who are not guests of the apartment.

Fab house even better than pictured!

We can’t say enough about the house, the location, the owners, the pool, the outdoor space, the air conditioning in each bedroom, the beautiful bathrooms, well equipped kitchen…everything was so nice. Ingrid, her son and hubby were so easy and accommodating. They even helped find parking for our over sized van. The house is so close to the palace, ferry’s, groceries, etc Our family consisted of 2 older adults, and 4 “kids”…30 year olds. Fun even in hot, hot, hot weather

Perfect house for our family

I travelled to Split with my family (4 adults and 2 x 2 yrs old) and this appartement was absolutely perfect . The location is amazing to walk everywhere , the house is so clean and comfortable and the pool area is beautiful and very nice after a hot day !! The streets are narrow in the neighborhood and since we were driving a big car , Peter , the host, even offered to help us park our car every time we needed it . Ingrid and Peter really are amazing hosts . They even cooked a meal for us one night and were really helpful . The little ones loved them also . Thank you so much !!
