This apartment was perfect for the three of us, my daughter, her son, and me. Another son graduated from Gonzaga and we were able to enjoy it all. The apt was well-stocked with everything you need from kitchen utensils to towels. The beds were comfortable, good hot water -- all good! Many thanks!
The property was clean and welcoming. We came in to a nice little welcome message on the fridge. Pillows and beds were comfortable and amenities were perfect for our needs. Owner was very fast to respond to questions
It was dark when we were looking for the right street to turn left into. It is not at a light and there is a break in the double lines but not a left turn lane. During the night I heard two railroad trains as well as motorcycles and trucks Bring ear plugs if you would like quiet. There are also quite a few stairs to reach the apartment.
The twin bed mattress away from the window needs to be replaced as it is rounded in the center. Any dress or long coat you bring will need to be placed on a hook in the walk in closet, as it has a two rods good for shorter things.
Breakfast was easy with the host providing thing we loved using - range with oil, salt, pepper and more in the cupboard, microwave, toaster, and a variety of drinks including Keurig cups of breakfast coffee, chocolate, and tea. Potato chips type snacks were a welcome additional treat.
Thank you for the welcome on the white board, too. I rate this 4 1/2 for the mattress problem and busy street.
The vrbo was spotlessly clean, and host very thoughtful in preparing for our stay. The reason the neighborhood was not a 5 star is because Sullivan Rd is very busy with truck traffic from 4:30 am to early evening, so the noise was unstoppable.
This apartment was clean, well furnished and supplied, and sunny. Everything worked well and parking was convenient. However, the best part was the host who had to intercede on my part with VRBO to change the booking due to, first, a voluntary and, then, an involuntary stay extension. All booking issues were handled quickly and efficiently.
The location was great for our trip, as we were visiting Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and the amenities were plentiful. Both my husband and I worked remotely one day and the Wi-Fi was great. We didn't do any cooking (because we were on vacation!) but the kitchen seemed well stocked with all the things you would need to dine in. The bathroom had plenty of towels and basic toiletries. There were portable AC units throughout and the beds were comfy. Parking is on-site and was plentiful. The only down side is the road it is on seems to be a main/busy street and can get noisy. All the little touches from the host were thoughtful and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!
We were in town for Hoopfest and just needed a place to crash. Apartment was very clean and well stocked. The location was in an industrial looking area not far from where we needed to be, but not much around. Overall our stay was comfortable!
Iâve stayed at this property several times over the years, never had an issue. Management is always great. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has room to work. Parking is safe and close to entry. Five minutes off highway. Weâve been fortunate that our stays have never had bookings. We are totally comfortable when we stay.
