The unit is very bright and clean. Everything was in very good condition. It was a perfect home base for exploring Spokane and connecting with family and friends in the area. We would definitely stay there again.
We were visiting Spokane for the first time to help our youngest son move in to his housing to attend Grad School and somehow we lucked in to this fabulous property. It was centrally located, had plenty of parking (both of our boys drove here), was spacious, comfortable and clean. Jerry & Natasha provided us with everything we needed to make a smooth check in and periodically messaged us to make sure that we had everything we needed. So much better (& cheaper) than a hotel, it felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning.
The rental was very clean and had all the amenities needed for staying a couple days. Convenient check in and checkout process. Even though the place is situated close to a busy freeway, there wasnât any noticeable freeway noise inside the rental. Great place to stay. Thank you
My daughter had a week long camp in Spokane and the apartment was perfect for us. The arrival details were provided timely, rental was clean, and the host proactively reached out to ask if anything was needed. The host was also very responsive with the questions I had during the stay. The two bathrooms were a big positive feature for us. One note of the space, there is a counter with bar stools and there is not much room between the couch and bar stools. This is the spot to use for eating and computer work if you donât want to use the couch and chair. I would definitely rent this apartment again if I am in Spokane.
After being burned by a VRBO rental that didn't match its posting on the site, my boyfriend and I were nervous about booking another VRBO for my niece's high school graduation.
But this place delivered!!! It was clean, cute, welcoming, and well-located for all of our graduation weekend activities. We got to have the best of both worlds: being close to family while still having a place of our own to unwind from time to time and decompress.
The next time we are in Spokane, we fully intend to stay here again!
We've had horrible experiences with mid to high end hotels in Spokane in the past year. Places where you would expect to have adequate security, etc. The last straw was us finding a bullet hole through our vehicle at the Hampton Inn towards the airport.
This trip we decided to use a VRBO rental in a residential area and this apartment was awesome. It was very clean, there was no neighbor noise at all, our hosts were amazingly communicative but not overbearing. Instructions were clear and check-in was super easy even though we got to town around midnight. Beats a hotel ANY DAY!
The apartment was clean and well provisioned. The road noise was more than I expected with double paned windows and the unit noise from above was also more than I expected. Our full time residence is a condo in Seattle so I am accustomed to urban sounds, shared walls and floors, and in this building you can hear your neighbors a little more than I liked. That said, the neighbors were not noisy or loud, it was just clear when they were home, using the bathroom etc. The living room furniture is comfortable, but too large for the space and there is no flat, stable place to put a drink when you are watching TV or sitting on the couch/chair. The only other small thing was that I struggle with microfiber sheets, maybe its because I am a menopausal woman, but I sweat considerably with those sheets. Overall, the space met our needs for the weekend, clean, well priced and it was a short walk to the Grain Shed, which is a GEM! Parking was easy and the owners communicated a lot.
