Going Big Corporation Isnt Always Better

After many many stays at this location this by far was the worst experience I have had at any hotel. I have made many attempts to speak with staff and management but all my calls and requirements have gone unanswered. I have loved this hotel for many years but will question ever staying there again.

Overpriced

Nice hotel. Several fees, which are not mentioned upfront including 28 dollar self-parking charge and a 20 dollar "destination amenity fee", whatever that is. Breakfast is very overprice considering the quality of the food. 350 dollars for one person/one night in Spokane isn't worth it. Doubt I'll stay here again.

Front desk was suoer friendly and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was beautiful, we loved the soaking tub! The Palm Grill was excellent with friendly and accomodating service. The lobby bar was gorgeous, but both bartenders working could have been a little warmer. They were not unfriendly, just no smile or even a "how is your night". I run a hotel and bar so those little touches go a long way and when guests do not get them, it is noticed. Overall, 4.8 stars - we cant wait to go back!
